Wisconsin Dells Pizza Directory is a small, independent guide. There is no account system, no checkout, no saved search history, and no login you have to remember. Most of what a typical web shop gathers about you simply does not exist here.

This page tells you what little we do collect and why. If something here reads like boilerplate, it is because parts of running any website involve the same plumbing — but we have kept the rest deliberately minimal.

What this site collects

Standard server information

Like most websites, the server we run on records routine technical details in short-lived logs: the IP address that requested a page, the browser type, and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and to spot broken pages. We do not build profiles from it.

Nothing you type, unless you email us

We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. If you email us at info@wisconsindellspizza.com to correct a listing, we will see your email address in that message — and we will only use it to reply and fix the directory.

No precise location tracking

We do not ask your browser for GPS. The map on the front page shows restaurants, not where you are.

Cookies and advertising

This site displays ads through Google AdSense, which may set cookies to show advertising that is more relevant to you and to measure how often an ad is seen. Google and its partners use these technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info for more control. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you before one is set. Because the directory itself does not depend on cookies, blocking them will not stop the site from working.

How we use data

• Keep the site working and stay up when traffic spikes in tourist season.
• Spot listing errors so we can fix a closed restaurant or a wrong phone number.
• Understand roughly where visitors come from at a county or city level, never at an address level.
• Fund the site through the advertisements shown alongside the listings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. There is no list to sell.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. In practice, the answer is usually: almost nothing, because we collect almost nothing. To make such a request, or to ask any question about this policy, email info@wisconsindellspizza.com.

Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that collects more data, we will update this page and change the date above. We will not change the essentials — that we collect little, and that we do not sell what we hold — without making it clear.
